Logo Design for ECO OFFICE

ECO OFFICE is a Bavarian real estate developer focused on LEED Platinum certified building designs.

Egerviertel is a vision brought to life—a project dedicated to shaping a harmonious residential area in Nördlingen, designed to meet the needs of both young adults and seniors.

Background & my contributions

Nördlingen is an old town that is encircled by well-preserved medieval walls with towers and covered parapet paths. At the heart of this project lies a deep respect for the city’s heritage. With a focus on preserving the charm of the listed buildings, Egerviertel seamlessly weaves new structures into the historic cityscape, blending tradition with thoughtful innovation.

As part of this project, I designed the logo to embody its mission—a visual identity that reflects the balance between honoring history and building for the future. This project is more than development—it’s a careful dialogue between the past and the future, creating a living space that honors its roots while embracing the next generation.

Process & outcome

The accompanying visual illustrates my brainstorming process.

This project not only allowed me to refine my skills in thoughtful branding, but also deepened my understanding of creating design solutions that resonate with cultural heritage while addressing contemporary needs.

It challenged me to merge aesthetics with purpose, ensuring the visual identity communicates both respect for the past and aspirations for the future.
