Grab & Go

2020

Created during the isolation of Covid-19, this series explores an intimate, abstract journey with flora encountered on one of my walks to Parc des Eaux-Vives.

Each image delves into the textures, colors, and organic forms of flowers and their surroundings, creating a dialogue between nature and touch. The compositions move from familiar blooms to unexpected, distorted perspectives, blending natural elements with surreal interventions.

The sequence plays with the boundaries of presence and absence, exploring how solitude fosters new connections to the world around us. In these images, the flowers and foliage act as both subjects and companions, each photograph capturing fleeting moments of engagement during a time of enforced stillness.
